Do you intend to go sailing regularly?
You can save significantly on your charter budget with Time Sailing.
Time Sailing is a concept that allows you to have very flexible access to various boats at very favourable rates.
If you charter a boat occasionally, you will receive a repeated client discount of 5% as from your 2nd rental. This can mount up to 18% discount as from the first rental with Time Sailing.
Membership
You can make your own sailing planning if you are a member of Time Sailing. You can choose several months during which you are going to sail regularly.
Silver - Membership: You will be a member for 2 months* and you will then enjoy a 10% discount on the price list as from the first charter.
Gold - Membership: Youwill be a member for 4 months* and you will then enjoy a 14% discount on the price list as from the first charter.
Platinum - Membership: Youwill be a member for 6 months* and you will then enjoy a 18% discount on the price list as from the first charter.
Your membership commences when you have paid your membership fee and it terminates the last day of the last sailing month, as mentioned in the agreement.
The membership fee is €650 per month. However, this is not lost money, as it is used to pay for your charter.
* The chosen months do not have to be sequential.

Membership of Time Sailing entitles you to charter boats from Altaïr International bvba with predetermined discounts. |

The chosen months do not have to be sequential. The discount cannot be cumulated with other actions or promotions. However, it can be cumulated with the long-term discount. The total discount that is granted should never exceed 20%. |

Your membership commences when you have paid your membership fee and it terminates the last day of the last reserved sailing month. The membership fee is €650 per month. This amount is used to pay the charter amount. |

You can reserve a boat for a specific period by submitting a request via the website or via e-mail. You can choose from the list of boats listed on the website www.westcoastsailing.be. A reservation fee of €18 is charged for each reservation. The membership fee cannot be used for the payment of extras or options. |

A scheduled sailing month can be changed without any charges to a later sailing month, if this change occurs no later than 1 week prior to the commencement of the scheduled sailing month. |

The changing of a scheduled sailing month can only be changed to a sailing month that has not been scheduled yet. A scheduled sailing month can only be changed once. |

If a scheduled sailing month is changed within the week before the start of that month, or during the current month itself, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. This change may take place to any future sailing month. |

If the amount of the membership fee is not used up for chartering during the current sailing month, 50% of this balance can be transferred to a future sailing month. |

The discount according to the membership does not apply to a one-day charter in the weekend neither to a charter during a (extended) holiday weekend; unless in case of a last-minute (3 days before departure). |

If a charter period lays on a two-month period, only the membership fee of one specific month can be eligible to pay for the charter. The month that is chosen is at one’s free choice. |
